Tremendous experience after three months off because of the pandemic. Made a reservation online, walked in at the scheduled time and immediately was escorted to Barbara's chair. Best haircut I've ever had there, too. Well done!

The online check in system absolutely sucks. Almost every time I wait as long as if I just walked in. Sometimes longer. They don’t care if you checked in - breaks, “lunch” (at 3p?), and whatever excuse not to cut your hair in a timely fashion. With zero explanation. While you sit, and sit, waiting for a mediocre haircut. Sport clips!
