"Before Sport Clips, I was at the mercy of the haircutter/stylist who would have a "vision" and cut accordingly. Results were hit & miss. At Sport Clips they have my hair "profile" on file and the stylist knows exactly how to cut my hair. Result: consistent cut and look every time."

"I have had my haircut here a few times and had a decent experience. This time however was a different story. I arrived at 10:15 when the store opened at 10 AM. There was a gentleman walking out from the back who was a customer and looked concerned. He stated that he had been there for 8 to 10 minutes and no one was in the store. He tried yelling and checking the back and no one was there. There had been another customer, who was a child who came in with his mother, they put their name in and left since no one was there. So the two of us went into the back again to see if something was wrong. There was no response to our shouts, we knocked on the bathroom and found it was locked and asked if they were OK. Finally heard water running. We both went back to the front. The one female employee came out from the back and was highly irritated. She chastised us for knocking on the bathroom door when someone was in there saying that is "so embarrassing". We tried to tell her that we were concerned for her well-being since no one was answering and it was 15 minutes after opening. She said "whatever"and asked who Paul was. The first gentleman said that's me and said no thank you, turned around and walked out. I did the same."

"Don't bother with their online check in system. I checked in my son online and arrived when it was time for our appointment. Stylist took guy checked in after us because he requested her. We didn't have time to wait for next stylist, that's why I checked in online! Will be going somewhere else."

"Scrap the online check-in! Checked in at 10:50am and showed up at 11:00. When I arrived my name was at the top of the list, I told Isis (the hair stylist I had requested) that I had already checked in and she acknowledged me but she was already taking in another customer. I stepped out for 15 mins to take a phone call and came back to find that Isis had finished with the customer ahead of me only to find out that Isis was calling another customer ahead of me. When I asked what happened, I was asked for proof that I had checked in (which I showed) and they were still going to call a manager to resolve the issue.....I said forget it and walked out. Wasted time I will not get back....never again."
